Pole “Lite” ™ Boot Camp style Pole class designed for our beginner students and/or who have had previous injures and are working on getting stronger. From stretching, to lite pole conditioning this class will most definitely help you gain the strength and confidence that you are looking for!
 
Pole “Hella” ™ - This is a "hardcore" Boot Camp style Pole class. In this class you will be doing a lot of pole conditioning, from climbing, to flipping to hanging but rest assure we promise you will have a “HELLa of a time”!!
